Yes, I have been able to eliminate the need for a Maxillary Le Forte advancement surgery on 100% of my patients. For several years now I have been using either the Damon or the H-4 High Tech System of Braces, which has shown a huge paradigm shift in treatment of both CL and CP. These treatment modalities not only eliminate a tough surgery, but also eliminate the hated palatal expander. Both treatments allow a child to finish treatment in junior high rather than later in high school.
