We understand that choosing an orthodontist for braces is an important decision. Four Corners Orthodontics & Dental makes that decision easy by providing free initial braces consultations so that you can make an informed decision before getting braces.
During your free consultation for braces, you will see firsthand why Four Corners Orthodontics & Dental is the choice for so many families seeking braces and orthodontic care.
Your first visit starts with a tour of our office. New patients are usually blown away with our fun atmosphere. Four Corners Orthodontics & Dental patients enjoy watching the flat screen TVs during appointments. With cookies and refreshments in the waiting room, there is something for everyone including parents!
After the tour, it’s time to begin the examination in which Dr. Herman will discuss which orthodontic treatment option is right for you. We know that your time is valuable, so we also provide you with the opportunity to get started with braces that day with our Quick Start program. This is just one of the many conveniences we provide to our patients.
Braces are an important investment and we want to make sure your decision to receive orthodontic treatment is affordable. Our orthodontic office offers a free initial consultation that includes an examination, X-rays and a discussion with Dr. Herman of recommended treatment. For your convenience, Four Corners Orthodontics & Dental offers a variety of flexible payment plans with low monthly payments.
We have an affordable start fee to begin orthodontic treatment. Our start fee is basically a down payment for the start of your treatment. The fee varies month to month, but it is well under $200.00 for the past two years. Give our office a call to know this month’s start fee.
At Four Corner’s Orthodontics & Dental, we set all of our patients up on a monthly payment plan of $175.00 a month or less depending on insurance coverage and any financial arrangements. Once we determine how many months you will be in treatment we will get you started on one of our contracted fees and on our monthly payment program…. One call will answer all of your finance questions!
We make payment easy by offering these payment options:
You can also come into the office Mon-Fri between 9am – 6pm
Get one month payment off of your account when you refer a friend, family member, coworker etc… If someone you refer to our office has braces placed and gives us your name you get a free month on your account! There are no limits on how many people you can refer! Call for details
A full payment prior to the initial banding appointment (when you or your child gets braces put on) will result in a 7% discount on the full orthodontic treatment financial contract.
We accept all insurances and are happy to bill your plan for their portion! We will call your insurance carrier to verify that they will cover a portion of your orthodontic plan. Most insurance will cover a portion they call this the lifetime coverage and this can range anywhere from $1000 to $3000 depending on your specific plan. Once we verify the amount insurance is estimated to cover, we will deduct it from the total amount of your treatment contract. Insurances will pay differently–some pay monthly some pay quarterly. Once a payment has been received from your insurance carrier, we will lower your monthly payments from $175.00 to $163.00.
Medicaid requires a slightly different process. We must take x-rays and photos to send a pre-authorization to Medicaid. Medicaid is based off of a points system, once the Medicaid office receives the information they will decide if a patient qualifies for treatment based on a point system. A patient with 31 points or more is eligible for Medicaid coverage. Unfortunately, this process takes 8-10 weeks from the time we send the information out to the time we receive a response. We always call and mail our patients a letter with the results. If the patient is approved, the next step is to have the braces placed. If a patient is denied Medicaid coverage, Dr. Herman will provide a consultation and our treatment coordinator will provide you with estimated treatment fees and self-payment plans.
Arizona AHCCS is accepted in our office for children under 18 for exams and cleanings only, Unfortunately, AHCCS does not provide coverage for orthodontic treatment.
